Interstice / Interstizio
Abstract
In this article I shall endeavour to do something which I generally dislike doing – I will attempt to analyse, or at least contextualise, my own work, specifically my most recent installation piece Interstice. Often I feel such discourse is counterproductive – even if one can look past the inherent problems of introspection itself, there is a strong argument that it is not possible to cleanly separate theory, meaning or intent from the recursive journey of creation itself and by extension from the finished work.Downloads
